Well, really there are TWO powerful maps to guide you.

 

The first is your brilliant, wise body. Get to know and listen to your body (like REALLY get to know it) and you'll be tapped into all sorts of inner guidance that you didn't know was there!​

The other map is Human Design. Human Design is an archetypal tool that integrates several different wisdom traditions - from astrology to the I Ching. Where most archetypal tools focus on WHO you are (ego and identity stuff), Human Design focuses mostly on HOW you're designed to move through the world. It's a powerful guide to help you reclaim the way YOU were designed to operate, connect, make decisions (and money), and what you really need to thrive.

STructure​

I believe in integration and truly embodying - not just thinking about - newly uncovered truth and wisdom, so this program is unlike any I've seen before.

It's a mix of more traditionally structured coaching sessions via phone along with self-paced individualized mini Human Design audio readings (usually 20-30 minutes long), along with accompanying practices and reflections to deepen your understanding of YOUR unique design. 

This program is meant to help you gain BOTH insight and practical embodiment in a digestible (NOT overwhelming) way.

For 8(ish) weeks, depending on scheduling, you'll be alternating between these two types of sessions:

One week you'll receive an audio reading and supportive "lovework" from me based on your Human Design and the specific questions or challenges you're exploring.

On alternate weeks we'll connect via phone for a 75 minute intuitive embodiment coaching session to get your body on board with your sparkly new insight!

This structure gives you time on your own to really dive into your reading, to have space to discover new truth and insight, and to start experimenting with your design on your own. . . and then you bring any reflections, questions and life challenges to our coaching sessions where we'll weave it all together.
